"Lima South Middle School has accelerated the establishment of its leadership and Technology Academy through partnership with the Lima Chamber Foundation, Small Business Development Center at Rhodes State College and Diversified Management, Inc. These partners provide real world leadership opportunities and applications through a 12 week entrepreneurship course for all our eighth grade students. This program is an essential building block in the creation of self advocacy and long term goal setting for our young entrepreneurs."
